March Wrap Up

Here we are at the end of another month! As I keep repeating in all of my other wrap up’s time keeps flying by! *Insert Fly like an Eagle by the Steve Miller Band* I just keep singing time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’ in my head lol I don’t know why but it just popped up in my head. Love when random things like that happen! I am also proud to say I went and saw the new Ghost in the Shell movie last night. I also started the Netflix version of 13 Reasons Why! The first episode has been great thus far. I’ll be binge watching that for the rest of the day. Oh! I will be writing a first impressions on the Ghost in the Shell movie later this evening so stay tuned for that.

I ended up reading four books for the month of March. I couldn’t haul any books this month since I am moving. I have been preparing for that, but hopefully I’ll be able to grab some more books soon. You guys already know how wrap up’s work. I post the book, give it a rating out of 5 stars and post if I would recommend it or not. Yadda yadda yadda…I’ll just get to the point now. Hi-ho silver!

1. The Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchinson

Would I recommend? If you like books that are on the f**cked up side then hell yes! I really really like this book even though it involves heavy adult themes. I guess I am pretty desensitized considering I have read all of Jason Myer’s books. If you aren’t afraid of those types of things then you should totally pick this book up.

2. Magic With Skin On by Morgan Nikola-Wren

Would I recommend? This is a magical book of poetry and whimsy! I did a book review of Magic With Skin On so I will just leave that link here: I am sure you guys can guess that I would definitely recommend this book from my review 😉

3. The Beast Is an Animal by Peternelle van Arsdale

Would I recommend? I did a full length book review of The Beast Is an Animal on my blog so I will also leave that link here: I personally loved this book but I know it is not for everyone. It is a slow burner story and I know some people aren’t into that. The story concept (to me) was beautifully done!

4. Mad Miss Mimic by Sarah Henstra

Mad Miss
Rating: 4.5 out of 5
Would I recommend? Guess what? I also did a mini-review of Mad Miss Mimic! Haha…well at least you guys can have more in-depth thoughts about these books rather than me just saying my two cents. I will leave that link here:

What books did you finish for the month of March? Which were your favorites? Let me know in the comments! I always enjoy hearing your thoughts 🙂
