Friday Favorites-(Some Of) My Favorite Opening Songs In Anime

We made it to Friday my pandas! Next thing you know we will be in the month of August. It’s crazy to think that Tuesday will be the first of the month. I SERIOUSLY can not wait for fall though! I know we still have a little ways to go but I need pumpkin EVERYTHING! Pumpkin pie has always been my favorite type of pie since I was a wee tater tot. You know…before pumpkin was an fucking trend and people consider it a “basic white girl” necessity. Oh the joys of the internet. SMH… 😛

I mean I’m a white girl…but I am far from basic…thank you very much. I like to think of myself as eccentric and colorful and maybe a little bit of a wacko. I think the best metaphor to describe myself would be a cuckoo clock. Elegant and refined on the outside but annoyingly loud on the inside. Yup…that’s me alright. Tehehe.

But today we are here to talk about opening songs in anime! Those sweet catchy tunes that get you pumped for the show you are about to binge watch. Yeah…I’m looking at you *gives side eye* Sometimes the best part of an anime is their opening/ending credit scenes (this is usually in context with a shitty anime that bombed during its premier). It looks like we got a lot of those during spring season this year, but we also got some killer shows as well. So not all hope is lost when it comes to a watchable anime. We have to think positive here!

So let’s get into some of my favorite anime openings! I will be linking all videos down below so feel free to check them out. Maybe you will find some new music to add to your playlist. You can thank me later 😉

(P.S. I will be quoting information from other websites about the songs/music so you guys can have some fun facts to read)
