Waiting on Wednesday: Winter Is Coming

Ya know…I still haven’t seen one single episode of Game of Thrones yet. I’m sure everyone gets sick of seeing all of the “winter is coming” memes, but it fits perfectly with today’s post! I had to do it guys. My fellow anime bloggers are rolling out which anime they are excited to watch for this winter anime season so I thought I would do the same! This will be my last post until next week. You already know I am going to spend the holidays with my fam bam (as long as I can get down to them). Winter warnings have been in effect in Oregon (even though some parts of Oregon sees nothing but rain). I’m mainly talking about the higher elevations and such. Let’s just hope the pass I’m taking stays free of snow so I can get down to where I am going. Fingers crossed! 😀

Alas! My anime series and manga I ordered myself for Christmas came in today. Yippee! I now have the second and third volume of Houseki no Kuni (Land of the Lustrous) manga and I also FINALLY got Natsuyuki Rendezvous and Blood C on DVD. The DVD for Natsuyuki Rendezvous alone (when not on sale) is $49.98. I got it on sale for $15.44! Thank goodness! Rightstuf Anime is having their 30 days of anime sale right now and I promise you this is the best time to buy anime/manga. I will leave the link right here if you are wanting to get something while it’s still on sale: https://www.rightstufanime.com/.

Alright. Shall we dive into these new anime series coming our way? I think yes! These are all the anime shows I plan on watching for winter season. You guys know how this works. I’ll be posting the anime show and synopsis. I won’t be posting about Violet Evergarden because I’ve talked about it enough on here, so it should be pretty obvious it is my most anticipated show of 2018. Whew! Another large list for me to watch this winter season. This still isn’t as large as summer season for me this year. I think I watched a total of 21 shows? Man! I’m surprised I could keep up with that many going on at once. So what new shows are you most hyped for? I almost forgot about Trigger Studio’s new project Darling in the Franxx. Anything done by Trigger is amazing so I am super pumped to see what this show brings us! Let me know all your thoughts in the comments section below! ❤

P.S. sorry for all the mixed media in this post (i.e. gif’s, pictures, and trailers). I wanted to do all gif’s but some of these shows don’t have any yet since they are brand brand new.
