Yup!
It’s my 28th birthday today! I just wanted to pop on here and let you guys know why I have been M.I.A the last few days. I decided to take Friday-Tuesday off in celebration of my birthday. I will probably be back on Thursday with the new episode review of Violet Evergarden. I would post tomorrow but I am doing an “almost” split shift at work tomorrow to get some more hours this week since I took so many days off. I’m in for a long one…but it will be worth it on my paycheck!
I’m patiently waiting for the rest of the polls on the 2017 Crunchyroll Anime Awards to open up. Kinda pissed off they only had 6 categories up and running late Monday night. LIKE WHY?! I wanna vote NOW!!! Merp. Oh well, I’m sure I can wait a little longer. I hope everyone is having a fantastic Tuesday. My day has been pretty mellow and relaxing. I think I’m gonna go watch some more Catfish before my roommate and I head to dinner.

I’m still wondering why the staggered release of the polls on Crunchyroll. It doesn’t make a lot of sense and given how annoying it is finding the categories that are open to vote is kind of painful. Are they trying to discourage participation?

It feels like that is what they are doing. They didn’t do this last year if I remember correctly? But then again the categories last year were alright. I’m hoping they open them soon! I would like to make a blog post on my choices by the weekend.

I think they are opening six a week but by next week I won’t care enough to bother going back to vote (my attention span is a little limited sometimes).
