Winter Wrap-Up: My Favorite OP & ED Songs Of The Season

Oh look! Another winter wrap-up. I finally got around to writing up my favorite opening and ending songs of winter anime season. I was meaning to write more post this weekend but the procrastination side of me kicked in. Oops! Sorry guys XD

Also, on a side note I relaunched my shirt campaign! This time I only need to sell five shirts instead of eleven. So if you have the extra funds laying around buy yourself an awesome Notice Me Senpai tee! Your Senpai would greatly appreciate it 😉 Just click here: https://www.bonfire.com/notice-me-senpai-2/.

Without further ado let’s get into these OP’s & ED’s! I’ll kick things off with my absolute favorite opening of the season Flashback by MIYAVI.

1. Flashback by MIYAVI

^Groovy baby! This jam makes me so happy every time I hear it.

2. Kiss of Death by Mika Nakashima

^Visually this opening is stunning and the song is just so sensual.

3. Sincerely by TRUE

^You can’t help but feel all the feels when you listen to this opening.

4. Clear by Maaya Sakamoto

^So many memories with CardCaptor Sakura ❤

5. FlowXGranrodeo by Howling

^Soooo happy that Nanatsu no Taizai is back in the swing of things!!!

And now for my favorite ending songs! Really I just liked the ending of Koi wa Ameagari no You ni the best but there were a few other’s I thought were pretty decent as well.

6. Ref:rain by Aimer

^This song is just so freaking beautiful!!! Like I can’t even express how much this song means to me. Just listen to it!

7. Dear Teardrop by REGINA

^I mainly love how they displayed artwork from the manga in this ending.

8. I am standing by RUANN

^Because 3-gatsu no Lion is a masterpiece anime!

9. Koko Kara, Koko Kara by Mari Tamaki

^Such a fun ending song for a great anime series.

10. Michishirube by Minori Chiara

^Violet Evergarden just coming in with all the emotions with these songs.

  1. While I’ve not watched any of these, I broke my rule of listening to op/eds of seasonal anime and really love “Koko Kara, Koko Kara” – It being really apt and inspiring for young adults transitioning from studies to work (or whatever they hope to venture into).
There are just so many great op/eds in the new cycle so far!
