Filled with tips and exercise instructions, this anime will get you out of your room or wherever you watch anime. Trust, this show got my lazy ass out of my room and to start exercising. And I’m hella lazy.
Not only does this show show you proper exercising tips and routines, it has the best cast of characters. They are all cute, funny, and loveable. The main character Sakura Hibiki is my spirit animal, next to Tomoko from Watamote. Never in my life have I self projected myself to an anime character more than Sakura Hibiki.
This show is so educational that its amazing. I highly recommend it. 12/10 from me. The OP is hella fun. There is the right amount of good fanservice (actual educational fanservice). Considering it made me want to exercise and buy protein. On the protein subject, why the fuck is it so expensive. I blew $30. Anywho, the power of cute girls doing things is a powerful force to be reckoned with. And here is a Tsubaki tip, watch this show while exercising, it’ll keep your mind off of exercising.
So get out there and pump some iron and get that anime body.

I’ve been hearing about this anime a lot. I might check it out sometime. Funny enough, I’ve been doing some workout goals for this month and I already feel better doing so.
